Delivery GK Company ships goods throughout Ukraine by any transport companies (carriers), including: Autolux, Delivery, Myst Express, Nova Poshta, SAT, Ukrposhta. Carriers' delivery and cash on delivery services are paid by the buyer (customer). Orders in Ukraine are sent with payment according to the terms of intermediaries from our physical store in Lviv. Furniture deliveries are available in all cities and regions of Ukraine where the specified intermediaries have branches. All ordered products will be shipped within 48 hours from the moment of receiving proof of prepayment (full payment) from you. Copies of the invoice will be sent to you immediately after shipment. Delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays of Ukraine. Orders will be delivered to the post office, home or any other specified place (workplace, delivery point). If no one receives the delivery when it arrives, the goods will be delivered to the nearest post office. Deliveries may also be delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of GK. We are not responsible for delays by the transport company, however, we reserve the right to cancel the order under special circumstances, which will be discussed in individual cases. In unusual situations (for example, if the ordered product is currently not in stock), all details are discussed with you in a short time by our consultants, and all problems are quickly resolved in favor of customers. Please check the goods before receiving them from the carrier. The relevant goods (chair) are insured, the carrier is responsible for its integrity during transportation and you can contact them with claims regarding possible defects during transportation of the goods (chair). |

Payment You can pay for the purchased goods by cash on delivery provided that you make a full payment or a partial prepayment of at least UAH 3,000. Shipping with partial prepayment is possible only when the goods are sent by the carrier Nova Poshta. The corresponding amount of prepayment in the event of your refusal to receive the goods or unwillingness to arrive at the carrier's office will be used by us as payment for the carrier's services (delivery to you + return to our warehouse), packaging of the goods, etc. The prepayment must be notified to the contacts specified on our website, indicating the order number, payment time and payment amount. You also have the opportunity to purchase the goods and pick them up in the city of Lviv. In a physical store, you can pay upon receipt of the goods. Thank you for your order.
